These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all sales made through the website www.studio-one-love.com. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these T&C.

2. Products and Services Offered

Studio One Love offers for sale:

• Handcrafted ceramic products (in-store pick-up only)

• Gift vouchers for workshops or products

• Ceramic workshop bookings

 

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Studio One Love reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of ordering.

 

4. Payment Methods

Payment is made online, in a secure manner, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

 

5. Delivery – In-store Pick-up

Physical products are not shipped. They are only available for pick-up at the studio located at: Avenue Georges-Henri 449, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Brussel.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready. No shipping costs apply.

 

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid with no expiry date, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

7. Workshops – Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated by email to info@benda.be.

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the workshop: full refund.

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop: no refund. A credit or transfer to another date may be offered at the discretion of Studio One Love.

• In case of cancellation by Studio One Love: full refund or transfer to another date at the client's choice.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian distance selling legislation (Book VI of the Code of Economic Law), the customer has 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal for physical products.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Gift vouchers once used

• Workshop bookings where the date is less than 14 days away

• Personalised or made-to-order products

 

9. Complaints

For any complaint, contact us at info@benda.be. We commit to responding within 5 business days.

 

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the district of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction.
